Processing Time
Orders are normally processed within one business day after payment has been received in full. Processing times may be longer during peak periods or due to unforeseen circumstances. -
Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates
We offer various shipping options at checkout. Delivery times provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs clearance or other factors beyond our control. -
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise stated. Any additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees are solely the responsibility of the recipient if not stated otherwise. -
Order Tracking
Where available, tracking information will be provided once the order has shipped. Please note that tracking availability depends on the shipping method chosen. -
Delivery Address & Non-Delivery
It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate delivery address. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the buyer. If an order is returned to us due to failed delivery, the buyer is responsible for additional shipping costs to re-send the order. -
Risk of Loss
All items are shipped FOB origin (shipment contract). This means the risk of loss passes to the buyer once we deliver the package to the carrier. -
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your shipment is lost or arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. We will assist where possible but are not liable for carrier errors or damage incurred in transit. -
International Shipping
International orders may be subject to customs inspections and delays. All customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer. We cannot predict or control these charges.
